The practice is learning to become more comfortable with
uncertainty and so more confident in trusting whatever form is arriving to
teach us to learn to become more comfortable with uncertainty, and so more confident
in the life we are here to live.
When we can trust in what is happening now, and stay present
for what is happening now, and accept our place in what is happening now, we
can effectively cultivate a relaxed body, an open heart, and a quiet mind.
This combination opens the window into the vision that will
allow us to become comfortable with uncertainty and trusting in the reality
that will deliver us from our fears and conditioning and into the hands of the full knowing that All is well.

children are the canaries in the mind-shaft of cultural
evolution. As we excavate the
passageways for actualizing authentic satisfaction in being human, the relative
health of our emerging youth is relative to our capacity to trust in a power
greater than the relentless pressure of our fear and conditioning.

Vitality opens and pours through the place where opposites
meet and reconcile. Balancing opposites releases vitality’s medicine into the
channels of love’s potential. Faith and patience hold opposites close together
until they stop fighting and begin loving with care full abandon. Faith and
patience allow opposites to be and be together with the breath until the
movement of life is restored to wholeness.
Loosen and detach from past opinions and demonstrate trust
in the unpredictable movement of life. Trust - and ride the tsunami of creation
like a feather on the vibrant water of fluid intelligence.
The flexibility to surrender attachments to ideas clung to
out of insecurity, is the means to restoring the movement of Life. Let go and
go slow. Be still and learn to know the way to grow home to love (with love,
for love, from love).

God, this day we trust You are real, and governing in the broadest sense, every thing that happens in this world. This morning we move forward to cast our vote according to our will. We acknowledge that in the purest sense our real Will is shared with you. And so we seek this day, to cast our vote from the center of our being, and not from the clouded confused place of fear that tells us we are separate. We remember that the United States, and the process of these elections, are all ultimately directed according to the Laws of Love. Help us remember that distinctions in the manifestation of the One Love, in all the colors, rhythms and textures of this country and this human race, are not divisions, but aspects of You.
We seem to choose between, yet every choice is from the whole and returns to the same. We remember that when we are afraid, we feel these distinctions as attack. When we do, we ask for help in returning to the broadest sense of Ourselves.
Help us forgive every idea that we are separate and see that we are One. Open our hearts so that we can be filled with the knowing of your Spirit pouring down on us, bubbling up through us, and permeating every aspect of our lives. Help us remember that we only need to remember who we are. Help us to remember that there is no conflict.
This day we step back, and with the eyes of Christ, we see the Whole of Us, perfectly united on the canvas of the One Mind, and we are grateful. We are grateful for this day and all that it provides us. Lead us not into the temptation that we must attack one another, and deliver us from the nightmare that we are apart. Let our clearest knowing of You and our real Will, guide our hands as we vote today at the polls, and every day as we bring our minds completely under your direct guidance. Help us remember that every thought we think is a vote in creating the world we see.
Today we are determined to see differently and so we shall. As we ask Truth of Truth we will receive it. We seek to hold the larger perspective of what is true about this day, this moment, and make the best choices from our collected intention, which is ultimately to know You more clearly. Bless us, and let your blessings be known to each of us, through each other.
