Conscious Movement

The Practice

Conscious movement is a broad description for the intention of my practice and the movement explorations at my studio in Indiana. I see movement as the opportunity to exercise awareness and gain deeper understanding of the natural movement relationship between spine and limb, between community and individual and the fluidity, ease, and strength that can come with it when we practice consciously.
