One Body Method

A Rhythmic Awareness Practice
with Meg Irsay

One Body Method is the name I give my practice. My practice is my best use of spiritual information to uncover Wisdom. For me this essentially involves the body. This is where our stories live. I am interested in experiences of feeling and understanding the breath’s capacity to establish and maintain mutual relationship between all parts of the body. The forms of exploration will shift and evolve as vital study will constantly shift relative to an authentic practice. Sometimes the practice will be in small groups, sometimes individually. Sometimes I use props, sometimes the props will be our own bones. Sometimes I use music, sometimes the music will be the silence. All times I use the breath to focus attention on the moment and the practice of uncovering the obstacles to peace of Mind.

I invite you to come and practice devotion, to come and set or reset an intention to establish a healthy relationship with yourself. Dedication to the journey of allowing our sense of Unity and innocence to expand by meeting and facing our fear, is our gift to ourselves, and the to world. We must each find our own practice and use it to move toward our greatest capacity to Live with Joy. Locate your heart’s song and let your spine be liberated by the rhythm of the Breath. The rest of your life will follow.
