The fact is you are innocent. The reality is your mind is preoccupied
with false self-images to the contrary. To heal you need to be reminded of the
Truth of your innocence as frequently as possible. A mature faith takes personal
responsibility for remembering the Truth of who they are very seriously by
meeting every doubt with a statement of the Truth. Love created us like Itself.
We are That.

Pain is the motivation for change. When we deny our pain and
pour our energy into avoiding it, we move in the opposite direction of growth and healing.

The practice is learning to become more comfortable with
uncertainty and so more confident in trusting whatever form is arriving to
teach us to learn to become more comfortable with uncertainty, and so more confident
in the life we are here to live.

When we can trust in what is happening now, and stay present
for what is happening now, and accept our place in what is happening now, we
can effectively cultivate a relaxed body, an open heart, and a quiet mind.

This combination opens the window into the vision that will
allow us to become comfortable with uncertainty and trusting in the reality
that will deliver us from our fears and conditioning and into the hands of the full knowing that All is well.

Vitality opens and pours through the place where opposites
meet and reconcile. Balancing opposites releases vitality’s medicine into the
channels of love’s potential. Faith and patience hold opposites close together
until they stop fighting and begin loving with care full abandon. Faith and
patience allow opposites to be and be together with the breath until the
movement of life is restored to wholeness.

Loosen and detach from past opinions and demonstrate trust
in the unpredictable movement of life. Trust - and ride the tsunami of creation
like a feather on the vibrant water of fluid intelligence.

The flexibility to surrender attachments to ideas clung to
out of insecurity, is the means to restoring the movement of Life. Let go and
go slow. Be still and learn to know the way to grow home to love (with love,
for love, from love).

This morning we move forward to cast our vote according to our will. We acknowledge that in the purest sense our real Will is shared with you. And so we seek this day, to cast our vote from the center of our being, and not from the clouded confused place of fear that tells us we are separate. We remember that the United States, and the process of these elections, are all ultimately directed according to the Laws of Love. Help us remember that distinctions in the manifestation of the One Love, in all the colors, rhythms and textures of this country and this human race, are not divisions, but aspects of You. We seem to choose between, yet every choice is from the whole and returns to the same. We remember that when we are afraid, we feel these distinctions as attack. When we do, we ask for help in returning to the broadest sense of Ourselves. Help us forgive every idea that we are separate and see that we are One. Open our hearts so that we can be filled with the knowing of your Spirit pouring down on us, bubbling up through us, and permeating every aspect of our lives. Help us remember that we only need to remember who we are. Help us to remember that there is no conflict. This day we step back, and with the eyes of Christ, we see the Whole of Us, perfectly united on the canvas of the One Mind, and we are grateful. We are grateful for this day and all that it provides us. Lead us not into the temptation that we must attack one another, and deliver us from the nightmare that we are apart. Let our clearest knowing of You and our real Will, guide our hands as we vote today at the polls, and every day as we bring our minds completely under your direct guidance. Help us remember that every thought we think is a vote in creating the world we see. Today we are determined to see differently and so we shall. As we ask Truth of Truth we will receive it. We seek to hold the larger perspective of what is true about this day, this moment, and make the best choices from our collected intention, which is ultimately to know You more clearly. Bless us, and let your blessings be known to each of us, through each other. Amen
<o:author>meg coyle irsay</o:author>
<o:pubDate>20121106112400</o:pubDate>

SATISFACTION

What ever I imagine to be the answer to my dissatisfactions or the pinnacle of my success as a human being, is always up in my head, never under my feet. The real story of my success is the story of my acceptance that satisfaction is not dependent on my decisions about what I think I need or my efforts to try and execute those decisions. Satisfaction, the ultimate human success, is a matter of acceptance, including the acceptance that I cannot predict a single thing about the exact form satisfaction will arrive in. I can however, absolutely predict that I will never find satisfaction by trying to control things. I can know with certainty that trust in step by step, authentic process, governed by honesty, humility, and compassion is the way to find and feel my feet and the road to real and sustainable satisfaction.
<o:author>meg coyle irsay</o:author>
<o:pubDate>20121021140300</o:pubDate>

FIRST THINGS FIRST

Be calm and make it your first priority. You say you want a revolution? Well I can tell you, the biggest revolution there is happens in your own consciousness when you become willing to feel your own anger about the way things are effecting you and ready to feel your own grief over what has been lost. Until you become willing and able to live with your own confusion about what you do not understand, you will be not be able to trust the dilemma that is arriving to assist you in learning more about how to accept and embrace the uncertainty of your life.

You say you want a revolution? Well, I can tell you until you choose to find and receive the education necessary to live in the question instead of hiding in the imagined answer, you will remain trapped in your old survival strategies and continue to suffer your own resistance to the forces of creation nudging (or drop kicking) you toward the work you came here to do- learning how to not react out of fear so you accept the process of your own evolution.

I do not know why I am here exactly, except to learn and evolve. I also know that the intention to be still and know, to join with others in the intention to relax, release, restore and grow, is a powerfully healing and empowering practice.

Every practice takes shape around the bones of the questions it is holding. Good bone structure will generate a practice with good posture. Good posture is open to the breath and allowing full connection with the earth. Filtering the sensations and experiences of the moment through the context of questions supporting
essential qualities instead of form, is the basis of an effective spiritual practice. The questions you hold attract the community that will hold you.
<o:author>meg coyle irsay</o:author>
<o:pubDate>20120929111500</o:pubDate>

CAN YOU WAIT?

When you’re in doubt can you wait to be clear?

Can you wait and breathe into that which you fear?

Can you wait for your body to unwind and relax?

Can you wait until the clouds of resistance have passed?

When the influence of thinking that pushes and shoves

is pushing and shoving to act without love

stop in your tracks and feel for the ground

and wait until patience comes back around.

When patience returns you’ll eventually feel

The essential significance of every aspect of my life is revealed through the questions I am using to contextualize my experience. At the foundation of every question I engage for the purpose of bringing more clarity, satisfaction, growth and positive transformation to my life experience, is the distinction made between form as my objective, or essence. This distinction is the difference between living and surviving.

When I am following or clinging to a certain form I will be left to suffer when the essence leaves it. Form without essence is empty and lacks energetic nourishment.

How no-nonsense can I be in asking myself as consistently as possible -where in my life has the essence left the form and what are the choices that are most likely to serve my desire for the essence I desire most?
<o:author>meg coyle irsay</o:author>
<o:pubDate>20120923095800</o:pubDate>

TRUST (IN THE DILEMMA)

We possess the instinct within us to know to leave part of the week reserved for exercising trust with consistent honesty discovering that tolerance affords confidence in the knowledge that gentleness is the fruit of balancing fear. Trust that the balancing of fear with a relaxed and alert body an open heart and an open mind will fully open the fullest capacity for joy. Defenselessness naturally sponsors faithful joy. And where attack is no longer real, patience and generosity prevail in the peace and quiet of faithful certainty that nothing is certain and yet trust is always the way back home.
<o:author>meg coyle irsay</o:author>
<o:pubDate>20120917220300</o:pubDate>

REMEMBER

When you’re in doubt

Living in fear is not really a life. When fear has the majority vote, life can only gasp for
space, for breath, for trust, for ease in the chest, and the rest of the body.
Finding the patience to suspend fearful impulses just long enough, and wide
enough, for even a glimpse of what love is truly holding, is a crack in the
armor of fears defense. This crack is very good news.

The healing of dis-ease calls first for space to open to
another way of seeing. Whatever it is I see fit to “do” must serve my primary
intention to be still and know. This
intention is the doorway to the miracle of a new way of seeing. Reality is
safe, love is true and living well inside reality. The restoration of my
capacity to see the truth, is the
aim of my practice to cultivate and locate enough trust to allow the veil to
fall completely from my eyes. Blessed are the eyes to see!
<o:author>meg coyle irsay</o:author>
<o:pubDate>20120905130800</o:pubDate>

BRILLIANT LYRICS

We each are teaching through the example we are demonstrating. We cannot control who we be, and
we can choose to love.
We can choose to pause in the face of our fears and ask into the silence, into the void, for the next step. We
can drop as far into the silence as we are able to drop and ask, as sincerely as possible, for
the wisdom inside of us to direct, just the next step while cultivating the
willingness and the readiness to wait for our best sense of clarity before we take that step? The voice of God is in the whisper. We cannot hear It
when our minds are overwhelmed by the
noise of our fears and our decisions about living. Empty the vessel, and clear the field, and wait for the
vision of truth to appear.
